The app name and version, your device and its system version, what you expected to happen and what happened instead. Screenshots help.

Purchases and refunds

Anything bought through the App Store, Google Play or the Microsoft Store is billed by that store, and refunds are requested there. For a subscription bought on one of our websites, email us.

Your account and data

To delete an account or ask what we hold about you, email us from the address on the account. Our privacy policy explains what we collect.
