RADLAB relaunch field note

The new RADLAB site moves the public surface out of Lovable and into an owned Next.js system built for content, services, and future AI tools.

RADLAB is moving into a more durable shape: owned source, Git-backed writing, a clear lead path, and a hosting setup that can support the next layer of products without tying the public site to a prototype builder.

The first priority is not novelty. It is continuity. Keep the blog alive. Keep the recognizable RADLAB signal. Make the design breathe. Move DNS and hosting carefully enough that search engines, returning readers, and future product pages all have a clean path forward.

V1 intentionally keeps the system focused:

  • the blog is MDX in the repo
  • commerce routes out to existing store platforms
  • lead capture is server-validated
  • future AI features are explicitly disabled until the backend is ready

That gives RADLAB a clean launch surface now and a trustworthy base for the brand asset generator, AI lead chat, and product catalog later.
